WOODLAND HILLS, Calif.—Avery Lust is eating ice cream.

Actually, she’s shoveling it directly from the pint and into her mouth—a coping mechanism the morning after being dumped by her girlfriend.

Still in bed in her PJs, Lust seems content to wallow in self pity as she ignores repeated calls from her bestie, Kasey Kei. But the phone keeps buzzing, and Lust gives in and answers.

“I was literally the best thing to ever happen to her!” Lust pouts to her friend.

Kei doesn’t bother with a pep talk. She knows exactly what can soothe Lust’s pain. Not a shopping trip, not a lunch date, or even a consolatory hug. Lust, she insists, needs an afternoon at the MILF Oasis.

“No games, no guilt—just pure pleasure,” Kei explains.

Ahhh, if only the MILF Oasis were a real spa. Instead, it’s simply a fictional haven for sexual gratification concocted in the clever mind of Bree Mills, the Adult Time director who continues to set the industry standard for feature films.

Especially ones involving trans performers.

Mills’ last two movies for Adult Time’s Transfixed banner— “Office Miss Conduct” in 2024 and “D.O.L.L.S.” in 2025—earned hardware from both AVN and XBIZ. Much like those films, “MILF Oasis” is a high-end (and somewhat campy) production that pairs porn’s top trans talent with some of the industry’s most popular cis females.

“We use the (Transfixed features) as an opportunity to have a lot of fun with different performers who work regularly for the studio,” Mills told PornCrush on the movie’s set last spring. “We treat them like comedies that don’t take themselves too seriously, especially in comparison to some of the other brands at Adult Time that are more dramatic-leaning.

“We like living in a world that’s fun, inclusive, and even silly at times.”

Mills said a series of coincidences helped inspire her latest project. One came last fall, when she visited a new set for the first time while shooting a separate film for Adult Time.

“It was such an incredible spa-like location,” Mills said. “I was like, ‘Oh man, I’ve gotta shoot a spa movie here.”

Mills had also been determined to produce more content mixing trans performers with MILFs. She pointed out that Khloe Kay’s 2019 scene “The Physical” with Dee Williams helped put Transfixed on the map.” And Mills said Izzy Wilde’s “MILFY Manners” threesome with Charlie Forde and Brooke Barclays was one of the site’s most popular scenes in 2024.

“So I thought, ‘All right, we’re going to do a story about three trans BFFs,” Mills says, “and one of them is nursing a breakup, and the other two are helping her out by taking her away on a girls' weekend. And where are they gonna go? They’re gonna go to the MILF Oasis.”

Mills laughs.

“As soon as you hear the name,” Mills says, “it brings a smile to your face because it’s so campy and silly.”

While there is no defined “lead” in the movie, the casting of Lust as a pivotal figure is a notable display of confidence by Mills in the surging starlet, who filmed the movie just three months after being named Best Trans Newcomer at the 2025 AVN Awards.

“My main goal is to get better and grow as a performer,” Lust told PornCrush on set. “So as soon as I heard about this opportunity, I jumped on it and took it.

“Bree, being a female director, is someone I really look up to. She really puts you at ease on set. She makes you feel like it’s not the end of the world if you mess up. She’s like, ‘You’re doing good, but now I want to see a little bit more of this or that.’ I’m so open to learning. I love feedback. I need it.”

Mills said she couldn’t have been more impressed with Lust’s work ethic, drive, and upbeat energy.

“This was a great opportunity to further elevate somebody who was already on the rise,” Mills said. “It was a little bit of a leap, but it was also a great way to showcase new talent. She’s so easy to work with. It’s always fun when you work with someone who takes the project as seriously as you do.”

While she spent a decent amount of time going over her lines before arriving on set, Lust said much of her performance was unrehearsed. “I like to be pressured and put on the spot,” said Lust, adding that co-stars Kei and Jade Venus made her job easier.

“Bree molded out characters based off of who was playing them,” she said. “You’ve got Kasey, who was just as fun and sassy as she is in real life. And then there’s Jade, the bad biker bitch. Things just seemed so natural.”

Venus said Lust hardly carried herself like a newcomer on set.

“This was a big role for her early in her career,” Venus said. “She handled it so well. So she’s so sweet and genuine. She’s one of the first new girls I’ve met in a while that I actually feel chill with. Most of the time they’re a little zany.”

After arriving at the MILF Oasis, Lust and her sidekicks are greeted by Ariel Demure, whom Mills called “the matriarch” of the spa. Demure—one of the top trans performers of the 2020s—points out all of the opportunities the facility has to offer for pleasure.

Kei capitalizes by getting an oily massage from Sophia Locke that focuses heavily on her feet. Venus lies face down on a milking table, where she’s brought to orgasm by Lauren Phillips.

Then there’s Lust, whose scene with iconic performer Casey Calvert opens with a poolside stretching session before the pair decides to cool off in the water.

“I get to check ‘being sexual in a pool’ off my bucket list,” chuckles Lust, who received an underwater handjob from Calvert, which led to things escalating out of the pool. “Casey is one of my favorite cis girls in the business. She has such an appreciation for the art of porn, such an appreciation for the craft.”

The MILF role was new for Calvert, who had shied away from such opportunities in the past.

“When I told her about this project,” Mills said, “she was like, ‘Oh my gosh, I would like to change my rule! Can I please come in as, like, a baby MILF—or a MILF-in-training?’

“She said afterward that this may have been her MILF awakening. We may have converted her into hot stepmom territory.”

The movie’s final scene is a trans-MILF orgy with Demure—a seamstress who made her own costume for the project—coordinating and coaching the action in a masterful non-sex performance.

“Ariel really is playing kind of a version of herself,” Mills said. “Despite it being a sex comedy, there are some important underlying messages, especially in why Ariel's character Veronica created the MILF Oasis, and just about the importance of inclusion.

“I know that that means a great deal to Ariel, and I know that she could convey that in a way that would have an impact. So her closing monologue is, you know … we’re all speaking from the heart in that moment.”

When the trans besties leave the facility, Lust—heartbroken and depressed just hours earlier—is wearing more than just a new smile. She’s also sporting a radiant red dress instead of the dreary black ensemble she’d worn to the facility.

“That was Avery’s idea,” Mills said. “Impressive, huh? That’s one thing I love about doing movies like this, all of the happy accidents that happen when you’re filming, where you’re like, ‘What if we did this?’ and it all works out.”
