Captain Jack: Tell me about Scarlette Moon.
Scarlette Moon: Originally, Iām from Japan; Iām half-Japanese. Iām mostly from Texas. I did a number of different things that were kind of surrounding the industry. Itās been a few weeks that Iāve been doing this.
CJ: How long did you live in Japan?
Scarlette: I was there mostly when I was a kid. I was there until I was 5 or 6. It was cool. I came to Texas and learned English as a second language. Iāve done a number of things prior to this. Iāve been in sales; Iāve been in the service industry. My first introduction to any of this was Playboy. They have something thatās close to OnlyFans, itās called Centerfold and you had to apply to get in. I had no inkling that I would be accepted. I was like, āWhatever. Shot in the dark, letās see!ā and, sure enough, they accepted me. I loved it. I thought it was pretty cool that I could directly talk to people that were wanting different items of content from me. I thought that was so cool. I did a bit of dancing, did camming, that was probably my bigger introduction to it. I met the right people and met my agent Tiffany from Invision Models and the rest is history. Itās been a few weeks now! (laughs)
CJ: I also heard you were a fashion model?
Scarlette: Yes. Iāve done modeling for the past few years. I did it when I was a kid too. I did nude modeling, art modeling, some stuff for brands too. It definitely helped when it comes to posing, knowing angles and stuff so Iāve very grateful that it worked out that way.
CJ: You have some nice breasts, what size are they?
Scarlette: They are 32 Double D, all natural.
CJ: Were you a very sexual person before you entered the industry?
Scarlette: For sure. I always have been.
CJ: Were you with girls before porn?
Scarlette: Yes, definitely.
CJ: Do you have a count of how many people you were with before porn?
Scarlette: Honestly, I lost track. (laughs) I could give you a number but I genuinely have no idea! (laughs)
CJ: You also went to college?
Scarlette: Yes, I did. I have a degree in Marketing, which ties into what I do now. I do a little bit of marketing of myself. Fun fact, I started out in Biology. I didnāt even really do it for myself.
My friend was taking Biology and I said, āSure, that sounds cool!ā I got in and by the end of the year, I was, āIām not doing this!ā
CJ: How long have you been webcamming?
Scarlette: Itās been around 2 years now.
CJ: How was it when you started camming? Youāre in a room by yourself but all these guys were watching you, were you nervous?
Scarlette: Honestly, it was very natural. Iāve always been a borderline nudist. Iāve always been like that. To be honest, I had friends who introduced me to it which was nice because they helped me out. They told me what to do so I wasnāt alone in the beginning and I think that helped a lot. It gave me a feel for what Iām supposed to do and how to do things. I like camming a lot because a) I got to meet all these other amazing women who were also camming and b) like I said with the Playboy Centerfold thing, Iām getting a direct line of communication who want interesting kinks and content from me which I think is so much fun. Iām fascinated by peopleās kinks and even the psychology behind it. I got to do a lot of interesting stuff like popping a giant beach ball with my friends to getting a certain kind of soap for someone to the humiliation thing, SPH, smokingā¦all over. I get into everything so itās been cool.
CJ: Have you ever received any real strange requests?
Scarlette: Probably the soap one, that was out of left field. I kept telling my friends and they said, āOh, thatās just the soap guy.ā Eventually, he hit me up to do a private show with him. I had to get a specific soap, I had to get a loofah and youāre bathing yourself, heās telling you what to do. I had no idea that it was even a fetish. I thought it was pretty interesting.
CJ: Why did you decide to get into professional porn?
Scarlette: Honestly, I got really lucky with that because porn is something that Iāve always wanted to do. Ever since I can remember, I was watching it and thought I wanted to do that. In a way, I always looked up to porn stars because they were so beautiful and sexually empowered and there was always something in the back of my head where I wanted to do it. It just worked out!
CJ: How did you come up with your stage name?
Scarlette: Whatās funny is, I first used that name at a travel agent that I worked at. I remember thinking, āWhy are you making me have a stripper name at a travel agency?ā (laughs) It was the only name that wasnāt taken and it had a unique spelling so letās go with it. I didnāt even have red hair at that time either. I eventually got the red hair, remembered the name and put 2 and 2 together and thought it was cool. And āMoonā, Iāve always loved the moon and planets, anything to do with outer space.
