Edited March 30, 2026, at 4 p.m. ET: This article has been updated to reflect that CSAM is the more accurate term for child sexual abuse material and to revise references accordingly.

AVN Award-winning performer Milan Ponjevic is pushing back against the controversy surrounding a disturbing video he sent to another performer six years ago.

“It’s time to take a stand and end this once and forever,” Ponjevic told PornCrush in a phone interview. “There’s a stigma that’s been following me, and it needs to stop. I don’t deserve what’s going on.”

The dispute resurfaced in recent weeks after Florida-based performer Nicky Rebel posted about the situation on X, writing on Feb. 21 that Ponjevic was dropped by Hussie Models six years ago “for sharing CP (with) other talent and laughing about it.”

According to Ponjevic, a friend sent him a video in 2020 from eFukt, a site known for porn bloopers, shock clips, and other explicit, often extreme material. In the clip, Ponjevic said, a man and woman are having sex when a toddler enters the room. Rather than stop, the man picks up the child and continues. As described, the video would meet the U.S. Department of Justice's definition of CSAM.

Ponjevic said he forwarded the video to the performer Lilly Hall, a recent scene partner. Ponjevic said Hall immediately blocked him and then shared the video with Riley Reynolds, his agent at Hussie Models.

Reynolds told Porncrush the video was disturbing.

“But it definitely wasn’t child porn,” he said.

Nonetheless, Reynolds decided to part ways with Ponjevic, who already realized he’d made a terrible mistake.

“My friends and I are always sending each other memes and crazy videos,” he said. “I had been smoking weed that night, and I was probably a little more high than normal. I accidentally sent it to her. I felt horrible about it, and I still regret it to this day. It was dumb. It was bad.”

He added, “That video had nothing to do with child pornography. That’s nasty stuff. That’s a bad topic. My name should never be attached to something like that.”

Ponjevic said Hall later posted on X that he was the person in the video, which wasn’t true. Rather than respond publicly, Ponjevic says he chose to remain quiet.

“I just told myself, ‘You fucked up. Just don’t engage and stay quiet and let your work and your character speak for itself,” he said.

Ponjevic said the controversy didn't impact his career at the time. He said he lost only one shoot and continued working in Miami, where he had lived since migrating from his native Serbia in 2017. Ponjevic said many of his scene partners were members of the Hussie Models roster, a sign that Reynolds felt comfortable sending his girls to work with him.

Despite the renewed criticism, Ponjevic has continued to work steadily and has appeared to remain in good standing with major studios and industry institutions, including AVN. Ponjevic has won five AVN Awards over the last three years, including Best Oral Sex Scene in 2025 and Best Boy-Girl Sex Scene in 2026, and has twice been nominated for Male Performer of the Year. According to IAFD, Ponjevic filmed nearly 200 scenes in 2025, including work for top studios such as Vixen, Evil Angel, and New Sensations.

Just when Ponjevic’s career seemed to be reaching its peak, the allegations resurfaced on Feb. 21, when Rebel posted about the 2020 episode on X. In the weeks that followed, Ponjevic’s name circulated online in posts linking him to child pornography.

Rebel's post read: "I literally gag when I see XXX scenes with Milan Ponjevic. This is hard because he's always been nothing but nice to me, but this seriously needs to be said out loud. For some reason, everyone seems to have forgotten that Milan had gotten kicked out of Hussie Models 5+ years ago for sharing CP to other talent and laughing about it. I kept my mouth shut in the past because I figured that would be the end of it. But since then, he's gotten so much high-profile work that it's making me sick. There is a reason he doesn't work in Miami anymore, despite the fact that he got his start there. If I take my work as an advocate in the adult entertainment industry seriously, this absolutely needs to be stated."

Rebel later edited his post, changing "CP" to "adult content containing minors," but the damage had already been done. For the past six weeks, Ponjevic has seen his name repeatedly tied to child pornography on social media.

“I understand I’m an easy target because I’ve positioned myself well in the industry and become more recognizable,” Ponjevic said. “Some people are so mean and vicious, though. I don’t know why they do that.”

He said he had no prior issue with Rebel and suggested the renewed accusations were motivated by jealousy over his success. He also dismissed the online claims in blunt terms.

“This is some sensitive stuff that’s being said, some nasty stuff,” he said. “I don’t know anything about (child porn). I don’t never know where that shit exists or where someone would find it. I’ve never seen something like that.”

Separate criticism has also followed Ponjevic over a fan's Instagram post showing him posing with a group of teenage girls in his home country of Serbia. Specifically, Ponjevic drew scrutiny for liking a comment suggesting the girls could become future sexual partners once they were of age.
Ponjevic said he did not remember the post but said it was possible he had liked the comment by accident.

“I like comments all the time,” he said. “I just want the engagement. I don’t even read the comments. I just like whatever. Someone has probably called me a piece of shit, and I liked it. I like everything.”

Ponjevic said that when he returns to Serbia, he is frequently approached for photographs by young fans and their families.

“When I go back to Serbia, I’m treated like a celebrity,” he said. “Over there, literally every town that I walk through, when high school kids see me, they make a huge line to take a picture with me. I have to stop in the middle of the street, and for 5-10 minutes, I take pictures with them."

Ponjevic said the interaction is understood differently there than it would be in the United States. In Serbia, he said, he is viewed more as an influencer than an adult star.

“It's almost like an athlete would be treated here, an NBA player," he said. "I take pictures with a lot of young kids while their parents are standing right there. And I ask the parents if they’re OK with it. And they say, ‘Yes, take a picture with my kid. We’re so proud of you and what you do for our country.’ It’s crazy.”

Despite the renewed attention, Ponjevic said the accusations have not affected his bookings. He said he recently completed work on a feature for Dorcel and is now working on a project for Ricky Greenwood.

Ponjevic said he has also explored legal action against Rebel, including consulting with a lawyer in Los Angeles about a possible defamation claim. Ponjevic said he was advised that he would need to work with a Florida-based attorney because Rebel lives there. Ponjevic said he's been given several names and plans to engage in those discussions in the coming weeks. He said he will also consider legal action against others who have linked his name to child porn.

“The people saying I’m some sort of predator who likes kids and stuff, they are the ones who should be canceled,” he said. “Because everyone who knows me knows how ridiculous that is. That’s not me.”

He continued: “I fucked up that night six years ago. I was younger, and I was stupid. And I regret it. From the bottom of my heart, I regret it. If I could go back and do things differently that night, I’d never send that video.”

Ponjevic, who is represented by OC Modeling, said he intends to keep working.

“I really love this industry,” he said. “I love the game, and I’m a big student of the game. I live for it. I do this for a living, but I live to do this. I’m just going to continue to work on myself and be the best version of myself that I can be.”
