Summer Kline was slaving away at a retail job in her native Chicago—struggling to make monthly car payments—when she received a piece of information that changed her life.

“Did you know you can sell your underwear online?” a friend asked Kline while they socialized at a bachelorette party.

Kline was shocked.

She had no idea—but you can bet the then-22-year-old was all about it. The following night, Kline opened an account on pantydeal.com and sold a pair of her used underwear for $100.

Immediately, she was hooked.

“I had no idea how easy it was to make money in the sex industry,” Kline told PornCrush. “I was working my ass off from 9 to 5 every day and had nothing to show for it. I was miserable—until I sold those panties.”

Indeed, that simple transaction changed the trajectory of Kline’s future. From selling undergarments online to hosting nude (and faceless) Skype sessions to launching an OnlyFans account, Kline dabbled in various forms of sex work before experiencing a monumental occurrence on Sunday.

Despite shooting fewer than 10 studio porn scenes, Kline was extended an invitation to become a Spiegler Girl by AVN Hall of Fame agent Mark Spiegler. Kline accepted the offer without hesitation.

“Life doesn’t even feel real right now—I’m so happy,” Kline told PornCrush. “(Spiegler) has already booked me for a bunch of shoots in November, so I’m going to be working a ton. Everything is happening so fast, and I love it.”

Signing a performer with only a handful of scenes on her resume—and virtually no social media following—is rare for Spiegler. But Kline makes a quick impression. Whether it’s with her bubbly personality, her youthful appearance, or her warm, disarming smile, the midwesterner has a “can’t miss” quality that’s impossible to ignore.

Directors for Exploited College Girls and Backroom Casting Couch were lucky enough to land Kline’s inaugural studio scenes, and the feedback couldn’t have been any more positive.

“I had a lot of anxiety,” Kline says. “My whole body was shaking. I was super anxious. I told them multiple times that I was nervous, because every possible thought goes through your head. It’s a big decision and you can’t take it back, so … yeah. But I don’t regret any of it.”

Kline’s first handful of scenes included a tango with Isaiah Maxwell for BBC Surprise and an anal tryst with Tyler Nixon, which marked the first time Kline had ever allowed backdoor access. Kline bought various dildos to help her prepare for the scene.

“But I was only able to get the smallest one in,” Kline says, “so I was really scared. I told him, ‘It’s really tight. I don't think it's gonna work. It’s not going to work.’ But he ended up making it work, but sheesh, it was rough.”

Kline said she doesn’t plan to do another anal shoot anytime soon.

Cline has also shot scenes with Tad Pole and Hoby Buchanan for their respective websites. She recently told her friends and family about her new career choice.

“I wanted to wait until I’d experienced some success,” Kline said. “I made a shit ton of money the past month, so I was like, ‘At least I have something to show for it, and it’s only going to go up from here.’

“My friends were super supportive. My family wasn’t super happy about it, but they just want to make sure I’m safe, and now that I’m with Spiegler, that’s about as safe as you can get.”

While she will certainly lean on Spiegler for advice and guidance, Kline—an avid gym-goer—is also confident she’ll be able to fend for herself should an uncomfortable situation ever arise. She said her Chicago roots have given her an edge and swagger that should serve her well in the industry.

“I’ve had to learn to stand up for myself and speak up if I feel like something isn’t right,” Kline says. “Not just physically, but financially, too. I’m pretty street smart, so I think I’ll be fine.”

After fulfilling previously-booked shoots in Arizona later this month, Kline plans to spend three consecutive weeks in November in Porn Valley. She said the trip will mark her first time in Los Angeles.

“I hope I like it,” she says, “because it sounds like I’m about to be there a lot.”
